This course helps educators use feedback to promote growth while addressing the hidden impact of perfectionism. Participants learn how feedback shapes mindset, explore strategies that encourage risk-taking and resilience, and recognize signs of perfectionism in students. Through reflection and practical planning, teachers leave prepared to create inclusive, growth-centered classrooms where progress matters more than perfection.
